請問一下各位大大,國內golf V 2.0 TDI PD DOHC 103kW輸出的版本,是否為壓電式噴油嘴? 還是只有125kW版本者才有(以上皆原廠輸出)????

08年有引進一批配置2.0 R4 TDI PD 47-103kW的Golf V、A3,

看起來似乎是採用電磁閥(solenoid valve),而這批引擎是L4 8V SOHC的配置;
而這顆SOHC的2.0TDI,感覺上與1.9TDI還蠻有共通性。
但有趣的是無論採何種規格的2.0TDI引擎,官方所公佈的動力與油耗數據卻都是一樣。

是的,隨著Golf VI問世、A3小改款,以及少數08年後期引進台灣的車款,
目前引進台灣的VAG車系,大部分(不確定商用車的部分)都已經配置共軌柴油引擎(CR)了。

我前幾天已詢問過原廠(網站留言), 結果隔天原廠就有工程師打電話給我(效率真快!!)
和對方確認,06/07 golf 2.0 TDI PD DOHC無DPF版本為piezo噴油嘴
但該年份並非全部皆為壓電式,仍有部分為電磁閥式......05年以前1.9 TDI大部分為電磁閥式..........
06/07年份以後,包含1.9,2.0 TDI 無論單雙凸,幾乎(不保證完全是)皆為壓電式......
以上無法從引擎型號查證,亦無註明,只能根據原廠引進資料瞭解........
更精密的高壓噴射系統,需要精密的燃油過濾器配合,故,柴油濾清器,真的應該照原廠建議或更早更換,
比較保險......
