台灣自己承認一開戰空軍戰損就高達300架,其中有不少是在共軍首波導彈攻擊中就被擊毀

所以也看不到什麼台灣飛機了

台灣人承認:

當年美國務院輸出許可限制單具發動機海平面軍用推力為五千磅,最大推

力為八千三百五十磅,意圖以推力限制戰機起飛最大重量(間接限制攜帶的

彈藥量),此限制於戰機起飛速度達到零點五馬赫逐步解除,零點九馬赫後

完全解除。經我方向美爭取,美方同意推力增加十五%,,軍用推力為五千

七百五十磅,最大推力為九千六百磅,速度也予解禁。

但發動機設計性能與裝上機體表現又有出入。空軍在一九八九年發現,發

動機裝上機體後運轉推力比在試俥台上測試要衰減十七%。比當時主力戰機

F-5E損失的七%要高出許多,海平面最大推力損失甚至高達三千磅。

至於發動機能否應付台海空中作戰需求?答案相當悲觀,中科院在一九八八

年就坦承,如果解放軍未來獲得MiG-29戰機,即使lDF發動機推力增加廿四%

,仍無法在二千年應付其威脅。況且如今解放軍的新銳戰機已不是MIG-29,

而是更優秀的SU-27系列戰機。
